Deputy Battista identified a male that was walking down Main Street as Dexter Domina, Domina had an active warrant for his arrest. Once the warrant was confirmed Domina was placed under arrest and was transported to Northern State Correctional Facility.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 05/02/2026 at approximately 10:08 hours, Deputy Battista was Patrolling in the town of Barton VT. Deputy Battista, observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed towards Main Street, driving recklessly while passing vehicles.

Deputy Battista initiated his blue emergency lights and sirens and conducted a traffic stop on Main Street.

The operator, Tyler Brooks was placed under arrest. Brooks was transported to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Once processing was completed, Brooks was issued a Criminal Citation for the charges of Grossly Negligent Operation, DUI #2 Refusal and Excessive Speed.

Brooks was transported to Northern State Correctional Facility and the vehicle being operated was towed.

On April 21th 2026, at approximately 1327 hours, Deputy Battista was patrolling in the town of Greensboro VT on Main Street.

Deputy Battista observed a vehicle at a stop sign with no front or rear license plates. Deputy Battista conducted a traffic stop on Main Street and identified the operator as Breana Keough. Upon a records check it was found that Breana’s license was currently under Criminal Suspension.

Breana was placed under arrest and transported to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department for processing. Breana was released after processing with a criminal citation and the vehicle being operated was towed.

One of the passengers in the vehicle was identified as Travis Ward. During the traffic stop, Travis was found to be in violation of his court issued Conditions of Release.

Travis was placed under arrest and transported to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department where he was processed and lodged at Northern State Correction Facility.
