SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/29/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Gonyaw conducted a traffic stop on VT RT 16 in Barton for a motor vehicle violation. After investigation, it was learned that the operator, Levi Sanville was violating his court ordered Conditions of Release relating to operation. Sanville is due in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 05/14/2024 to answer the charge of Violation of Conditions of Release.

After roadside investigation and SFST’s, the operator Mark Detulio was arrested and transported to the Newport Police Department for processing. Mark Detulio is due in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 04/16/2024 to answer to charge of Driving Under the Influence.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Tuesday, 03/26/24, Ciana Allen, Age 28, of Eden VT, entered the Orleans Court and it was determined she had two active arrest warrants, one in Orleans Court for Violation of Probation and one in Lamoille Court for Violation of Probation, $ 200 bail on each arrest warrant. Allen was arraigned in Orleans Criminal Court for the Orleans Arrest Warrant and released, Allen was Re-Cited to appear in Lamoille Court on 04/03/24 @ 1230PM for the Lamoille Arrest Warrant. Both Arrest Warrants were then cancelled. Allen was also ordered to immediately report to the VT DOC P&P Office in Newport City VT. See attached Arrest Warrants and Citation.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Tuesday, 03/26/24 @ 0800AM, Tanner Parenteau, Age 33, West Charleston VT, failed to appear for arraignment in the Orleans Criminal Court. Therefore the Judge issued an Arrest Warrant for Parenteau. On Tuesday, 03/26/24 @ 1230PM, Tanner Parenteau, entered the Orleans Court and was then detained for the arrest warrant. Parenteau was then arraigned, released on Conditions of Release and the arrest warrant was cancelled.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Weds, 03/06/24, Kristen Vuyk, 10/18/1990, entered the Orleans Criminal Court Bldg and it was determined she had an active arrest warrant from Lamoille Criminal Court, for failure to appear for a Violation of Probation hearing on 02/28/24., $ 100.00 Bail. The Judge ordered that Vuyk be issued a Judicial Summons to appear in the Lamoille Court on 03/13/24 @ 0100PM for a hearing. Vuyk was then issued a Judicial Summons and released.

Burritt, Age 38, Westfield VT, entered the Orleans Family Court Bldg and it was discovered he had two arrest warrants, one in Chittenden County and one in Orleans County for failure to appear for hearings, $ 500.00 Bail. The Criminal Court Judge cancelled the arrest warrants and directed that Burritt be Re-Cited. Burritt was then issued new citations and released.
