Description: On 04/30/2024 While on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff's Department, Deputy Cotnoir observed a male known to him as Wells .Dispatch soon confirmed Wells to have an active warrant. Wells was taken into custody and transported to Northern State Correctional facility.
