Description: On 04/30/2024 at 0930 hours, Deputy Cotnoir conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The operator identified himself as Rockwell. Dispatch soon confirmed Rockwell's driver's license to be under criminal suspension. Through further investigation it was determined Rockwell also had four active sets of court ordered conditions stipulated he could not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license. Rockwell is due in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 06/04/2024 to answer to the above charges.
