SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/20/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Gonyaw received a complaint regarding a possible domestic violence incident that occurred on 06/19/2024. After investigation, it was learned that William Swahn restricted the movement of a family member refusing to allow them to leave. Swahn also caused a child pain by pushing a family member into the child. Swahn was also violating multiple court ordered conditions of release regarding contact with the victims. Swahn was ultimately located appearing in court on 06/25/2024 and issued a citation for 06/27/2024.
