Arrest on Arrest Warrant

Sheriff Jennifer Harlow reports the arrest of the below listed individual after the incident described below.

INCIDENT: Arrest for active arrest warrant.

DATE/TIME: 10/23/24 09:30AM
LOCATION (specific): Newport City, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On Weds, 10/23/24 at approximately 0930AM, Windsor M. Fairbank, Age: 23, Greensboro VT, appeared at the Orleans Criminal Court for a hearing in the Orleans Criminal Court. It was determined that Fairbank has an active arrest warrant from the Lamoille Criminal Court, DKT# 24-CR-004245, Bail: Cite & Release for next business day at 12:30PM. Therefore Fairbank was temporarily detained and recited to appear in the Lamoille Criminal Court on Thursday, 10/24/24 @ 12:30PM. The Lamoille Court Arrest Warrant was cancelled by the Orleans Criminal Court and Fairbank was released.
