SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/16/24, At approximately 1741 hours, Deputy Hinton stopped a 2017 ford Escape for defective equipment. The operator, Austin Emmons was arrested for driving while licence suspended, Two counts of violations of conditions of release. aftera search warrant was executed on the car he facing additional charge of felony possession of cocaine.
