SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/16/2025 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Cota received notification from the Vermont Sex Offender Registry that James Paul had become non-compliant with his requirements with the registry. Paul was given a citation to appear in court for the violation.
