SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/06/2025 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Cota received a report from Walmart that one of their employees had been pocketing cash while working. After reviewing the evidence provided and further investigation Quesnel was charged with Embezzlement.
