SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01-02-2024 James Beauvais was stopped for operating a Vermont registered motor vehicle with a New Hampshire inspection sticker. Investigation revealed Beauvais had a condition of release not to be within 300 feet of a victim on a crime he was arraigned on 11-21-2023 for. This included her vehicle. The vehicle Beauvais was operating was registered to this victim.
