SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/29/2025 Deputy Locke stopped a vehicle that had been parked at a flashing yellow light in Derby. The operator had court conditions of release not to consume alcohol and the operator had been consuming alcohol. The operator was subsequently arrested and processed for DUI-Drugs and released on citation.
