SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/27/2025 at 1253 hours, Orleans County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch received a call from Walmart located at 115 Seymour Dr, in Derby, VT regarding a trespasser identified as Dylan Barcomb. Barcomb had been formally trespassed from Walmart in a prior incident. Deputy Battista arrived on scene shortly after and located Barcomb, who was then taken into custody and transported to Orleans County Sheriff’s Department for processing. Once Processing was completed, Barcomb was released without any further incident.
