SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/06/2025 Deputy Cota investigated several Retail Thefts and incidents of Unlawful Trespass that occurred between August and November of 2025 at the Walmart in Derby. Investigation revealed that Travis Daigle stole several items from Walmart in this period both before and after he was formally trespassed from the store. Travis Daigle was located on 12/26/2025 and was charged with Retail Theft X3 and Unlawful Trespass X2.
