SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/03/2026 Deputy Cota was called to Walmart in Derby for a report of a public disturbance that had just occurred. It was reported that Tiffany Williams had caused a public disturbance as well as had threatened two employees while operating a motorized cart erratically throughout the store. Further investigation revealed that a few days prior to this incident, Williams had also taken merchandise from the store without paying. Williams was located and issued a citation to appear in court.
