SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/16/2026 Deputy Cota checked on a suspicious vehicle that she observed pull into a class 4 road off of Route 5 in Derby. While investigating, the vehicle was found empty. The operator, later identified as Ethan Goodwin, was located in the woods near the vehicle and subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
