On 03/28/2026 at approximately 2013 hours, Deputy Battista was conducting Speed Enforcement on Route 16 in the town of Greensboro VT. Deputy Battista, observed a vehicle traveling South on Route 16, at a high rate of speed.

Deputy Battista initiated his blue emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop.

The operator, identified as Joshua Sabens was issued a criminal citation for Excessive Speed.
