1. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4/26/2026 Chief Deputy Richard Wells was called to 108 Blacks Point in Greensboro, VT for a reported assault. After further investigation, it was found that Michael Watsula waited for homeowner to arrive home and got into a physical altercation with the homeowner. Watsula was arrested on the suspected Simple Assault
