SUMMARY OF THE INCIDENT: On 01-21-2024 Deputy Locke stopped a vehicle for speeding in Glover. The vehicle was traveling 55 mph in a posted 40 mph speed zone. The operator was identified as Ronald Morin JR. Morin’s operators license was found to be under suspension criminally in the state of Vermont. Moring was cited in court on 03-12-2024.
