SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/03/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Gonyaw received a complaint of a Retail Theft that had occurred on 12/23/2023 by Jennifer Glodgett. After investigation it was learned Glodgett failed to pay $341.07 for various toys before leaving Walmart in Derby. It was also learned Glodgett had an active Trespass Notice issued not to enter Walmart. Jennifer Glodgett is due in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 02/27/2024 to answer to charge of Retail Theft.
