SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/28/2026 Deputy Cota was patrolling in Troy when she located an individual, she knew to be Joshua Randall who had an active warrant for his arrest. Deputy Cota arrested Randall on his warrant and transported him to Northern State Correctional Facility.
