SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/05/2026 Deputy Cota investigated an incident of Retail Theft and two incidents of Unlawful Trespass that occurred on 07/27/2026 and 08/05/2026. Investigation revealed that Kimberly Sears stole items from Walmart and entered the store multiple times after being formally trespassed from the property. Kimberly Sears was located on 08/30/2026 and issued a citation for the charges of Retail Theft and Unlawful Trespass X2.
