SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 08/26/2026 at approximately 1949 hours, Deputy Battista was patrolling in the town of Irasburg, VT. Deputy Battista observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop on Route 58 by the intersection of Back Coventry Road.

The operator was identified as Robin S Nolan Jr. During investigation it was found that Nolan’s drivers license was under criminal suspension.

Nolan was subsequently taken into custody and processed at the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department for Driving with a Criminally Suspended License. The vehicle plates were seized and the vehicle was towed.
