SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09/22/1975 at 1720 hours, Deputy Wells was patrolling in the town of Irasburg VT. Deputy Wells observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop on route 14 in Irasburg.

The operator was identified as Carmelo Deida Jr and was subsequently arrested and processed for Driving with a Criminally Suspended License. The vehicle being operated was towed from the scene and the registration plates were seized.
