Charges: Arrest on In-State Warrant

Description: On 01/14/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff's Department, Deputy Gonyaw observed a male known to him as Eli Pratt walking north on US RT 5 in Derby. Deputy Gonyaw knew Pratt to have an active warrant for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed the warrant was an active "cite and release" warrant for failing to appear. Deputy Gonyaw arrested Eli Pratt and released him with a citation for the warrant.
