Description:

On 10/16/2026 at 10:56 PM, Sergeant Garces conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation on Barton Orleans Rd in Barton VT. Sergeant Garces observed several signs of impairment on the operator and conducted roadside sobriety tests. The operator was subsequently arrested and processed for DUI at the Sheriff's Department prior to his release.
