SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Deputy Cotnoir on patrol in the town of Glover when he observed a male known to him from previous professional encounters. Ronald Morin JR was operating a vehicle traveling south along VT RTE 16. Traffic stop was conducted after a check of Morin’s license determined his license was under criminal suspension. Morin was issued a citation for the violation and released.
