SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/25/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Cotnoir observed a male known to him as Donald Rockwell operating a motor vehicle along Harrison Ave in the town of Barton, VT. Shortly after dispatch confirmed that Rockwell’s driver’s license was under criminal suspension. Deputy Cotnoir conducted a motor vehicle stop for the violation. Rockwell was released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 03/26/2024 for the above charge
