SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/28/2023 at approximately 1451 hours, The Orleans County Sheriff’s Department received a call from an Irasburg resident reporting a burglary at their residence. At approximately 1500 hours, Deputy Cotnoir arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant. Through further investigation it was determined Gouin had been dropped off at the residence on the evening of 12/27/2023 and committed the burglary. On 01/14/2024 Gouin was issued a citation to appear in Orleans Superior Court: Criminal Division on 04/02/2024 for the above charges. Gouin is currently lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on unrelated charges.
