SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Deputy Cotnoir was traveling through the town of Orleans when he observed a female known to him from previous professional encounters as Jessica Lavoie. Cotnoir had knowledge that Lavoie had an active arrest warrant for Felony retail theft x3 and Misdemeanor retail theft x2. Lavoie was arrested and shortly after released.
