SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/06/2024, Deputy Cotnoir and Lieutenant Wells located Downland in the area of US RTE 5 and the intersection of Quarry Road, Downland had an active warrant for his arrest which was confirmed prior to arrival. Downland was Transported to the Orleans Superior Court, Criminal Division and later lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility held on bail.
