SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/29/2024 while on duty for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Gonyaw conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Derby for a motor vehicle violation. After roadside investigation and SFST’s, the operator Mark Detulio was arrested and transported to the Newport Police Department for processing. Mark Detulio is due in Vermont Superior Court; Orleans Criminal Division on 04/16/2024 to answer to charge of Driving Under the Influence.
