Description: On 03/30/2024, Deputy Gonyaw located a male known to him at his residence in Derby Line. Prior to arriving, Deputy Gonyaw confirmed the male, Forrest Rathburn, had an active warrant for his arrest. Rathburn was arrested and transported to NSCF.
